Kandice has a history in the insurance industry before entering real estate in 2000 with a high end custom home builder. Thus, her background lends itself to the design, staging and marketing of properties for sale as well as the advantages of a specific property for home buyers.  Her ability to see potential in a home is value added to those in the market, particularly those from out of the area.
